Tex Mex Chicken Wrap

Ingredients
6 oz of chicken tenderloins1 cup of black beans2 tbsp of chili powder2 tbsp of onion powder2 tbsp of cumin powder1 tsp of cayenne pepper
Directions
*Mix together all spices to make a rub for the chicken.
*Put chicken with the rub in refrigerator for about 30mins.
*Spray a saute pan with cooking spray and heat on medium.
*Cook chicken about half way thru then add black beans and continue until juices run clear.
*Serve on a wrap of your choice and pair with salsa and sour cream if desired
*Makes appox 2 servings
