Guilt-less Apple Celery Salad

  • Number of Servings: 4
Ingredients
2 red apples, 2 green apples1 cup celery1 cup light, low-fat vanilla yogurt1/4 cup chpped walnuts1/4 cup golden rasins
Directions
Dice apples into bite size pieces, I leave skin ON.
Slice celery.
Stir together with yogurt, add nuts & rasins.
Serve cold...
FYI: quick brown bag lunch next day/ to die for w/ a cup of cold diced [leftover] chicken stirred in.
