This does not seem to be healthy with the fat, sodium and high protein content. I will be reducing the chicken and beans to maybe 2 breast and 1 can of beans. I will use low sodium and had more spices so it tastes like chili. - 7/21/18

Yum. Added sauteed onions at the beginning and red pepper after making it to heat it up a bit. - 11/4/12

Followed this recipe with three additions: cumin, chili powder, and cayenne pepper. The family loved it! Will definitely be making this again! - 2/8/12

seasoned and baked the chicken with Montreal and garlic herb seasoning before shredding. I also added cumin and rotel but next time will try it without the rotel and maybe add more hot chiles. I topped with sharp cheese and it was great. The picky 3 year old even ate it. I was in shock. - 12/31/10

I will definitely try this, but I do wish everyone would put serving size on their recipe details. - 7/31/10

This is very good. I used half great northern and half garbanza bean just for variety. I will definitely make this again - 4/27/09

Awesome. I have been making one very similar to this and was glad to see the recipe on the web site. I also add one can of rotel, cumin and oregano. My family really enjoys this. In fact, my 16 year old said she likes it better than regular chili. - 3/29/09
