I have made these as well ,but I use 1/2 cup of BBQ sauce and drizzle a bit on the top. They are very good! - 9/27/09

I have been making these for quite some time. I love how easy it is and it's so much easier to control portions. - 9/2/09

Use an ice cream scoop to measure them out...put on a baking pan with sides, sprayed w/ Pam...less messy. - 9/2/09

My 9 year old daughter mixed them up and put them in the muffin tins with no trouble. Using very lean ground beef we didnt even need the pan under and they didnt get crunchy on top. Turned out really good, and even though she "doesnt like" meat loaf my picky eater daughter ate it without complaint! - 8/25/09

These were like hockey pucks - they were dry on the top and mushy on the bottom - 4/4/09

I am not a fan of meatloaf, but these were fantastic! Very fast and easy to make. I did end up with 18 "muffins" out of 2 pounds of meat, though. And make sure you put a pan under your muffin pan in the oven! They make a mess! - 2/22/09

Oh! Wanted to add that the tops of these get crispy and to avoid that I top them with ketchup before baking. - 2/9/09
