Gluten Free Pancakes

Ingredients
1 cup Arrowhead Mills Gluten Free All Purpose Baking Mix1 egg1/2 cup water2 T. Canola Oil1 T. Honey
Directions
This recipe will make 2 7" Waffles or 5 4"pancakes. This recipe is very versatile.

Beat liquid ingredients. Add dry ingredients to liquid ingredients. Pour onto hot griddle or skillet. Cook until golden brown. I top mine with cooked apples and cinnamon, then drizzled with honey. Enjoy!
