Tuna Salad

Ingredients
one 3oz can of tuna1 Tablespoon Safflower Mayonaise2 Teaspoons Mustard1 hard boiled egg, diced1 med. stalk celery, diced2 Tablespoons red onion, diced1/2 cup peas, no-salt added1 whole wheat tortilla wrap
Directions
open a can of tuna and place in bowl
dice celery, onion and egg and add to tuna
add safflower oil and mustard to mix all ingredients
open can of sweet peas and mix in salad
place half of the mixture on a tortilla wrap
microwave for 25 seconds, and wrap and enjoy!
