Seafood stir fry

Ingredients
200 grams frozen cooked shrimp tails removed188 grams (6 pcs) imatation crab meat42 gram pkg Club House Oriental Stir Fry seasoning mix600 grams Europes Best Zen Garden frozen vegetables1/2 cup low sodium chicken broth
Directions
First defrost and remove tails from shrimp .
add chicken broth to a deep pan or wok and bring to the boil, then add frozen vegetables and stir fry 5 - 7 mins until tender crisp.
Add shrimp & crab meat and heat through about another 2-3 mins.
mix seasoning mix with 1/4 cup of water and add to simmering pan and mix until thicken 1-2 minutes.
Remove from heat and serve with couscous or your favorite rice or noodles.
