This is My Family's favorite. I do not butter the pan, no need to! I use sugar free pudding and skim milk and sugar free coolwhip.. It is sooo good!! - 3/17/09

Recipe does not add up to the nutrition facts!!! I used reduced fat, low calorie ingredients but still ended up with >2x the calories. Also takes more than a box of graham crackers (not specified), milk % not listed, specific icing not listed. NEED MORE DETAILS!! Pros: yummy. Cons: Tiny port - 1/31/11

This was wonderful and easy! The only trouble is that now the leftovers are sitting in my house, begging to be eaten...I must resist... - 1/28/09

This was very good. I made it with almond milk and reduced fat graham crackers. I also just melted some chocolate chips with a little more almond milk for the topping which came out exactly like the topping on an eclair. Everyone loved it! - 5/12/10

Is the posted nutritional info for this recipe based on using fat-free Cool Whip and sugar-free pudding mix with low-fat milk -- OR NOT???

I substitute saltine crackers for the graham crackers. The consistency resembles phyllo dough. Works with low fat pudding and lowfat milk. - 3/7/07
