Ingredients
1/2 cup diced potatoes4 eggs 1 packet quick-rise yeast.3 Tbsp diced parsely, 1/2 grilled chicken breast (chopped) salt and pepper (to taste)
Directions
Pre-heat oven to 425° F
Fry potatoes until tender.
Beat eggs with yeast.
Mix parsely, chicken and potatoes into the egg mixture.
Pour into a 9X9 baking dish.
Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until a toothpick is inserted and comes out clean.
