Hummus

Ingredients
1 lg. can chick peas, rinsed and drainedfresh basil1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil3-4 cloves garlic1 tsp. RealSalt (or other form of mineral/rock salt)1/4 cup tahinijuice of 1 lemon
Directions
combine all ingredients in a food processor. Process till smooth. Drizzle extra olive oil while processing if needed, to achieve proper consistency.

Serve with whole wheat pita or flat-breads or naan (oh my!), cut into pieces for dipping
