2 small heads of cabbage, chopped3 cups carrots, chopped2 large white potatoes, peeled & chopped4 cups celery, chopped6 roma or plum tomatoes, chopped1 large onion, peeled & chopped12 cups green beans, chopped8 cups vegetable broth8 cups water4 cups tomato sauce
Put broth, water, celery & onion in pot, bring to a boil. Add carrots & green beans. Simmer for 1/2 hour. add potatoes, cabbage, tomatoes & tomato sauce. Simmer another hour. Add Salt/Pepper to taste.
