Chili Turkey lLoaf

Ingredients
2 Pounds Ground Turkey meat1 cup chopped onion2/3 cup Itlian Style seasoned dry bread crumbs1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper1/2 cup chili sauce2 1/4 sub eggs4 cloves of garlic, minced1 teaspoon salt1/2 teasoon Italian seasoning1/4 teaspoon black pepperSalsa (optional)
Directions
1. Make foil handles for loaf using technique described below. Mix all ingredients except salsa in large bowl. Shape into round loaf; place on foil strips. Transfer to bottom of CROCK POT slow cooker using foil handles

2. Cover; cook on low 5 to 6 hours.

3. Remove loaf from CROCK POT slow cooker using foil handles. Let stand 5 minutes before serving. Cut into wedges and top with Salsa, if desired.

Makes 8 servings

FOIL HANDLES: Tear off three 18x2 inch strips of heavy foil or use regular foil folded to double thickness. Crisscross foil strips in spoke design to place in bottom of CROCK POT slow cooker to allow for easy removal of turkey loaf
