Delicious Salmon

Ingredients
1/2 lb. fresh, organic salmon filletextra virgin olive oilspices (you choose: I have used italien, herb chicken, or poultry seasoning, etc. You can even do a cajun flavor)
Directions
Heat up a skillet with a Tbspn. of the olive oil.
Rub some olive oil onto the pink side of the salmon, then rub on the dry seasonings.
Cook the skin side down in the pan first for 5 minutes. Then flip it over and peel off the skin. Now rub the olive oil and spices on the other side. Cook again for 5 minutes. If you choose you could flip it back over to cook the side that had the skin on it...if it needs it.
