Leek, Turkey & Oat Soup (Zone)

45g oats (slow cooking type)2 tbs oatbran450g leeks, thinly sliced175g turkey breast, chopped2 tbsp olive oil750ml boiling water2 cups non-fat milk0.5tsp Salt0.5tsp mace2 tbs dried parsleyfreshly ground black pepper
Fry the turkey in the oil until it is sealed, then add the oats and mix well. Tip the mixture into the slow cooker and add the remaining ingredients. Stir well and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
Using a hand blender, roughly puree the soup, it doesn't want to be totally smooth.
Divide between 4 bowls, eat and enjoy!!
