2 cups whole wheat flour2 tsp. baking powder1 tsp. salt1 cup nonfat milk1/4 cup light mayonnaise
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Line a 12 muffin tin with paper cups, or spray with nonstick spray. Combine all ingredients and stir until mixed. Drop the mix evenly into the 12 cups. Bake approximately 17 minutes, or until lightly browned.
