Chili

Ingredients
1/4 tsp cumin1/4 tsp chili powder1/4 tsp nutmeg1 tbsp oil oil1 can tomato sauce1 can kidney beans (drained)2 cans black beans (drained)1 lb ground beef4-6 garlic cloves1 tbsp worcheshire sauce1 cup beef broth
Directions
Brown the ground beef in a pan, drain. Add chopped garlic and worcheshire sauce. Heat on medium additional 10 minutes
Add beans, broth, spices, and tomato sauce to the crockpot. Add cooked meat.
Cook on low 4-6 hours
