Lindy's Enchilada Casserole...M..m. Good

2 packets taco seasoning2 lbs. Chicken breast cooked (I put in crockpot and let cook all day and then just take out when making the casserole.)12 corn tortillas2 whole green chiles diced6 oz. mexican blend cheese1 can enchilada sauce
Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Take chicken out of crockpot and put in bowl. Stir in 1 cup water and two packets of taco seasoning. Mix in diced green chiles. Slice tortillas vertical into slices the size of lasagna noodles. Using the 13 X 9 dish and spray with non-stick spray. Complet layer 3 times:
1/3 Tortillas
1/3 chicken mixture
1/3 of cheese
1/3 can of enchilada sauce
Repeat two more times ending with cheese layer. Cook with lid on for about 25 minutes and then remove lid and cook 15 additional minutes.
Top with lettuce and fat free sour cream. My family loves this!
