Sloppy Joes- made with Ground Turkey

Ingredients
1 lb ground turkey1 tsp garlic powder1/2 tsp onion powder1/3 cup chopped carrots1/3 cup chopped celery1/3 cup chopped bell pepper1 tsp garlic3 tbsp tomato paste3/4 cup water8 tbsp barbeque sauce1 tbsp mustard1tbsp chili powder1/2 tsp paprika1/4 tsp cayenne red pepper
Directions
1. Cook ground turkey with garlic powder and onion powder.
2. Add veggies (carrots, celery, and bell peppers) and garlic. Cook 2-3 minutes.
3. Add tomato paste and water. Cook till simmering.
4. Mix together barbeque sauce, mustard, paprika, chili powder, and cayenne pepper.
5. Cook simmering for about 15 minutes.

Serve on your choice on bun.

Makes 6 - 1/2 cup servings.
