Chicken with Pumpkin & Broccoli Soup

Ingredients
! tbsp Olive Oil2 tsp Minced garlic300g chicken breast, no skin0.5 cup broccoli, mashed0.5 cup pumpkin, masheda dash of salt & pepper
Directions
Heat oil in a stock pot and sauteed garlic. Put in chicken and cook for about 5 mins. Add in about 2l water and bring to a boil. Meanwhile, boil broccoli and pumpkin until just tender then put in a food processor and blend. When the water is boiled, mix in mashed pumpkin and broccoli and reduce heat. Simmer about 2 - 3 mins. Add salt & pepper to taste. Garnish with celera stalk (optional)
