1 whole orange1/2 c nonfat milk1/4 c unsweetened applesauce3/4 c splenda2 egg whites1 1/4 c old fashioned oats processed till coarse flour1/2 c whole wheat flour1/4 tsp salt1 tsp baking powder1/4 tsp baking sodaPreheat oven to 400 degrees.Spray 12 cup muffin pan with nonstick spray; set aside. Put WHOLE orange in food processor and chop untill finely chopped. Add milk, splenda, egg whites, and applesauce to processor and pulse till combined; set aside. In seperate bowl combine oat flour, wheat flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Add orange mixture to dry ingredients and stir till just moistened. Fill each muffin cup 3/4 full. Bake in 400 degree for 15 minutes.400 degrees for 15 minutes
