Spinach-Cheese Stuffed Shells

Ingredients
12 oz. jumbo pasta shells (about 20 shells) 3/4 cup nonfat cottage cheese3/4 cup part-skim ricotta cheese3/4 cup part-skim mozzarella cheese1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed, drained, & squeezed dry2 tsp. dried basil1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg1/8 tsp. pepper1 10 oz jar Ragu chunky combination pasta sauce2 tbsp. grated parmesan cheese
Directions
Cook pasta according to package directions, rinse and drain. While pasta cooks, combine cheeses, spinach, and next 3 ingredients in a large bowl; stir well. Fill shells with mixture.
Spread 3/4 cup sauce in bottom of a 13 x 9 inch baking dish. Place shells in a single layer in dish; top with remaining sauce. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Uncover and bake 5 additional minutes. Yield: 5 servings ( 4 shells per serving).
