Ingredients
stir fry in 2 T olive oilcabbage,2 cupsmushrooms, sliced 1 cupscallions, 1 bunch cut in piecescelery, 2 stalkstofu, 12 ozcarrots,julienne stips..half a pck.soy sauce, 4-5 Tginger root, 4 tsp to tastechili paste..can buy at asian food stores
Directions
Add olive oil to pan. Add chopped cabbage, mushrooms, scallions, tofu, celery and carrots..stir fry till cooked..add ground turkey..stir fry till turkey is brown..add soy sauce, ginger..mix..finally add tsp to taste..chili paste..its very hot..doesnt take much..

    for all those interested..I forgot to add 2 ground turkey hamburger patties torn up into pieces and browned..its included with the calories but I forgot to put it in the ingredients...
