White Chicken Chili

Ingredients
1 1/2 lbs. boneless skinless chicken breast-cubed1 bunch green onions- sliced thin1 red bell pepper-- chopped1 yellow bell pepper- chopped1 jalapeno pepper- seeds removed and minced2 cloves minced garlic1/2 tsp. ground ginger1/2 tsp. salt1/2 tsp. ground cumin1/2 tsp. ground white pepper1 Tbs. olive oil3 Tbs. flour2 cups chicken broth2- 14 oz cans Great northern beans-undrained3 Tbs. butter
Directions
In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add Cubed chicken adn saute' until no longer pink. Remove chicken from pan.

in the same pot, saute green onion, pepper and garlic. Return chicken to pot and add ginger, salt, sage, cumin and white pepper. Mix thoroughly.

In a separate sauce pan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in flour to make a light roux. Do not let it turn brown. Whisk in the Chicken broth and stir until thickened.

Pour thicken broth into the chicken mixture.
Simmer on low heart for 15-20 minutes
