1.5 cup nonfat milk2 large eggs2 tbsp oil.5 cup cream2 tsp salt.25 cup sugar2 tbsp salted butter cut into pea size bits1 tsp ground flax meal1 cup crushed frosted mini wheat cereal1.5 cup whole wheat flour2 cup bread flour1 tbsp rapid rise yeast
Combine wet ingredients add salt and sugar and whisk to blend. Pore into bread machine pan add butter. Add dry ingredients in order listed. Set bread machine to wheat cycle for a two lb. loaf with light crust. Remove from pan when cool. Store unused portions in a sealed container.
