Easy Peazy Ham and Pea Soup

Ingredients
2 -15 oz canned green peas, drained1 cup of water1 -5 oz can Hormel lean ham, shredded1 TBS Beef Bouillon1/4 tsp Tony Chachere's salt free seasoning (or other all spice seasoning)1 TBS Spice Classics Vegetable Flakes1/4 tsp basil1 TBS Light Olive Oil
Directions
Makes 3 serviings. Approx. 1 1/4 cup each

Place 2 cans of green peas into blender with 1 cup of water and blend until smooth. Transfer the pea mixture into a medium sauce pan with ham, bouillion, seasonings, and vegetable flakes. Cook until vegetable flakes are soft.

Garnish with shoestring carrots and fat free ranch dressing if desired.
