1 English Muffin1/4 cup of Liquid Eggs1 oz of low fat cheddar or colby2 slices deli extra lean hamOptional: salsa Substitute: lowfat pepper jack cheese for low fat cheddar
Toast muffins, spray pam in med heat non stick pan, cook eggs, add ham and cheese. Heat until cheese melts. Put on muffin. Enjoy.
