Buttermilk Mac 'N Cheese

Ingredients
1-1/4 c eggbeaters8 oz Cabot's Seriously Sharp cheddar cheese, grated8 oz Cabot 1% sharp cheddar cheese, grated3 c buttermilk1 t salt1/2 t pepper7 oz elbow macaroni (measured dry), cooked and drained (I use whole wheat pasta)
Directions
In a large bowl, stir together the eggs, buttermilk, salt, pepper, and then cheese. Add macaroni; stir well. Pour into greased 9x13 pan.
Bake uncovered at 350 for 45-50 minutes.

Serving size is approx 1/2 cup.
