Thai Chicken Fry

Ingredients
1.5 lbs. boneless skinless chicken breast1 tsp. vegetable oil1/2 tsp. sesame oil1/2 McCormack's Thai seasoning1/2 tsp. soy sauce1/2 tsp. lime juice1/2 tsp. sriracha chili sauce
Directions
Brown chicken breasts or tenders in oil over high heat. Add about 1/2 cup water along with soy sauce, lime juice and sriracha. Make sure all surfaces of the chicken are coated with the liquid. Cover and cook on medium-high several minutes (turning occasionally) until most of the water is evaporated and the chicken starts to brown again.

Makes 6 3-oz. servings.
