Arroz con Sardinas Salvadorean sardines and rice

1 cup white rice2 oz uncooked multigrain angel hair pasta1/4 cup chopped onion1/4 cup chopped green 1/4 cup roma tomatoes1 tbsp scallions2 tbsp cilantrocooking spray optional2 cups of water1 tbsp chicken buillon1- 8 oz can of sardines in oil
Heat a skillet and olive oil
once warm add the pasta untilk they reach a golden brown color (try not to burn the pasta)
once brown add rice and sardines mix around until evenly mixed. stir in all the vegetables for about another minute you may need to srapy with the cooking spray to make sure the items do not stick...stir in the chicken buillon
