3 medium mashed bananas1 tsp vanilla extract1/2 tsp almond extract3/4 splenda1 egg1/4 cup applesauce1 1/2 cup flour1 tsp baking soda1 tsp salt
Mix all together well, pour into greased loaf pan and bake for 60 mins at 350, bake at 325 for dark coated pans. Slice and Enjoy, makes 12 slices
