Black Bean Layered Dip

3/4 cup black beans, canned, low-sodium2 teaspoons olive oil, extra virgin3 tablespoons sour cream, fat-free3 tablespoons salsa1 tablespoon green onion, chopped1 dry cup lettuce, shredded2 ounces cheddar cheese, low-fat4 slices jalapeñoChopped cilantro1 oz tortilla chips
Mash black beans and olive oil with a fork or potato masher.
Spread beans across a shallow dish or container.
Spread sour cream over beans.
Spread salsa evenly over sour cream.
Wash green onion and lettuce. Chop onion finely and shred lettuce.
Layer onion over sour cream.
Layer lettuce over green onion.
Layer cheese over lettuce.
Layer jalapeño (chopped) over cheese.
Sprinkle with cilantro and serve with chips.
