Sapphire Gin Cosmo, on the rocks

1 oz Cointreau1 oz Sapphire Gin1/4 oz lemon juice (1/2 Tbsp or 2 wedges)1/4 oz lime juice (1/2 Tbsp or 2 wedges)2 1/2 oz Cranberry Cocktail or juice, chilled (5 Tbsp or 2 scant 1.5 oz jiggers)Ice (2-3 cubes)
Place ice in old-fashioned glass. Pour gin and cointreau over ice. Stir about 10 seconds with the ice. Add lemon and lime juices, then slosh in the cranberry juice (use cranberry cocktail if a sweeter drink is desired). Stir drink once or twice around, and enjoy.

----Note: As most martini glasses are filled to 3 oz, this recipe makes enough for 2 if you wish to serve it up.
---To serve it "up": Use a glass that can hold the entire amount. Add ice (use crushed ice if possible), then add the liquor, and stir for at least 30 seconds (or use a shaker if you're not particular). Add the juices, stir (or shake) for about ten seconds, and strain into glasses.
