Pesto & Roasted pepper shrimp pizza

Ingredients
1 whole wheat thin pizza crust 1 cups reduce fat shredded cheese (mozzarella or colby jack blend, whatever you prefer)4 - 5 oz fat free cream cheese1 TBS prepared pesto3 TBS sliced green onion1/2 cup roasted red peppers8 oz precooked shrimp, thawed
Directions
Thaw shrimp in microwave or run under cold water for several minutes.

Slice green onion and roasted red peppers.

Combine1/2 pkg (4 oz) fat free cream cheese with 1 TBS commercially prepared pesto (add an extra tsp of garlic if you like)

Spread cream cheese mixture over the pizza crust. Place shrimp, peppers, onions evenly on top and sprinkle with cheese.

Bake at 420 degrees for approximately 10 minutes or until slightly brown/bubbly.

    Simply fabulous! Only change was to use multi-grain Naan flat bread in place of pizza crust (personal preference...would be great either way). Highly recommend!!! - 1/7/12
