Ingredients
* Body Fortress Vanilla Whey Protein, 2 scoops* Food Lion Instant Nonfat Dry Milk, 0.33 cups * Water, 16 fl oz* Ice Cubes, 2 cups* Banana, fresh, 1 medium
Directions
In blender, mix two scoops of Muscle Milk Strawberry Banana Protein in 12-16 fl. oz. water. Add banana and ice cubes. Blend on high until ice cubes are thoroughly crushed. Pour drink into glass and enjoy!
