Ingredients
10 oz cooked chicken breast1 can cream of chicken soup (98% fat free)1/2 cup sour cream7 servings ritz crackers1 tbsp poppy seeds
Directions
Combine chicken, soup, sour cream, 4 servings of ritz crackers (crushed) and poppy seeds in a large bowl. Mix well and transfer to a greased casserole dish. Top with remaining ritz crackers (uncrushed). Back at 325 degrees for 25 minutes.

    I've been making this for years. Great way to use up leftover Thanksgiving turkey also. When I make it I use a sleeve of crackers. Not sure if that affects the nutritionals on this recipe or not. - 3/10/07

    I use 4-6 chicken breast,16oz lite sour cream 1 can low fat cream of chicken soup.on bottom of dish put one box of cooked Uncle Bens wild rice . put chicken mixture on top of that,top with 1 1/2 sleeves crushed , townhouse crackers stired in 1 stick melted margarine.
    Top with poppy seed. Bake 350 - 3/10/07
