Ginger Soy Salmon Patties

Ingredients
14.75 oz canned sockeye salmon1 egg white1 T. chopped ginger root (in a jar)3 scallions, chopped1 T. soy sauce1 T. olive oil
Directions
mix all ingredients except olive oil; heat olive oil in frying pan; make 3 patties out of salmon mixture & fry on medium heat until browned on both sides; serve with salad or eat cool for a nutritious snack.
