Sesame Noodles

Ingredients
1/4 cup Tahini, almond butter or natural peanut butter2 T sesame oil1 T rice vinegar2T honey, agave nectar or pure maple syrup1 t grated fresh ginger1 clove garlic minced1 package thin noodles, cooked according to package directions
Directions
1. Mix the first seven ingredients until smooth
2. Add to the cooked noodles and toss gently and thoroughly. If adding chicken, shrimp or vegetables add now.

Variations:
2 scallions finely chopped
diced grilled chicken or grilled/boiled shrimp
1 cucumber peeled and finely chopped
steamed vegetables such as snow peas, small broccoli florets, thinly sliced red peppers etc.
