Hamburger Casserole

1 lb. Ground Beef1/2 Onion, diced1/2 C. Peas, canned or frozen1 can sliced mushrooms1 can Green Beans1 can Reduced Fat Cream of Mushroom Soup1/2 C. Shredded Swiss Cheese1 C. Bisquick Mix1/2 C. Skim Milk1 egg
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Sautee onions on stove and add hamburger when translucent. Cook hamburger until browned. Stir together hamburger and onion mixture with green beans, peas, mushrooms, cream of mushroom soup and cheese. Pour into glass baking dish. In a seperate bowl, mix bisquick, milk and egg. Top hamburger mixture with bisquick mix and bake for 30 minutes.

JACKIEPAPER
This was very easy to make and half of my family quite liked it. The other half thought it was a bit bland, so next time I will add some seasoning. We didn't have swiss cheese, so used mozzerella, which might have resulted in the blandness though. We will make it again though. Thanks for sharing - 5/25/09
