Sweet and Sour Chicken

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups chicken breast boneless skinless20 ounces canned pinapple chunks1 med bell pepper cut into chunks1 med onion cut into chunks3 T Soy sauce1/2 c sugar2 T soy sauce3 T cornstarch1/3 cup vinegar
Directions
Cook chicken with 3 T soy sauce in microwave for 5-6 minutes. Add onions and peppers and cook an additional 2 minutes. Drain pinapple and place juice in a 2 cup liquid measuring cup. Add remaining ingredients and cook in microwave until thickened. Add to chicken mixture and stir in pinapple. Heat an additonal 2 minutes or until pinapple is heated through.
