2 Chicken Breast Cubed 2 cups Munite Rice2 cups Chicken Broth 1/2 cup cooked brocolli, bite size peices
Cook the cubed chicken and the broccoli. While they are cooking bring the broth to a boil. Take the broth off the heat and add rice. Cover, let stand for five minutes.mix in the chicken and brocolli. Add seasoning to taste. We like to add season salt to ours. Enjoy!!
