Southwest Chicken Stew

1.5 lbs chiken breast or tenders (boiled and Shreaded)2 Cans low sodium Corn1 Can black beans (rinsed)1 Jar Salsa (or tomato sauce)CilatroOnion (optional)
Combine all incredients in a large pot, make sure the Chicken is submerged in the liquid from the salsa or Tomato sauce. Let stew over medium low for 45 mins. The longer is stews the more flavorful. Goes great with cilantro Lime rice on the side.
