Seared herb-crusted salmon and artichoke pesto linguini

8 oz. frozen wild salmon filletscooking sprayMrs. Dash no-salt seasoning16 oz. linguini1 large onion, chopped1 lb. asparagus spears, cut into 2" sections1 15-oz. can artichoke hearts, drainedgarlic powderpesto seasoning1 jar (26 Tbsp) artichoke pesto sauce
Heat grill pan over medium-high heat.
Spray salmon fillets with cooking spray, sprinkle liberally with Mrs. Dash on both sides.
Sear salmon in hot grill pan.
In the meantime, heat water in large pan. Cook linguini according to directions.
In the meantime, heat skillet over medium-low heat. Spray with cooking spray. Add onions and asparagus. Cover and let steam until soft. Add artichokes and pesto sauce. Warm.
When done, drain pasta, pour pesto and vegetable sauce over the top, then top with seared salmon.
