Ingredients
1 pound extra lean beef 2 cans cream of mushroom soup 2 cups low-fat shredded cheese4 servings baked tater tots (approximately 40)
Directions
Preheat oven to 400. Brown the beef, mix with the cream of mushroom soup and 1 coup of shredded cheese. Place about 40 tater tots in the bottom of a baking dish. Pour mixture over tots and sprinkle remaining cheese on top. Bake 20 minutes, until the cheese is melted. Kids love it!

    I make this all the time except I saute meat w/onion & garlic, salt & pepper to taste.... add frozen mixed veggies w/ mush soup pour into casserole dish, top w/ cheese then tater tots on top to get crispy & sprinkle w/ onion & garlic powder.... yummy - 4/25/12

    This is exactly how I make it too. I just add an onion to the hamburger when cooking and I put half the tots on top and half on bottom and put the cheese on a few minutes before taking it out. That way the tots dont get mushy :) - 9/13/10

    This dish was awesome and easy! The only thing I did differently is put the tater tots on top of the mixture instead of on the bottom, so we could get the crispyness. My whole family loved it! - 8/18/09
