Creamy Spinach Red Pepper Dip

1/3 cup chopped roasted red pepper drained1 pkg 10 oz frozen chopped spinach thawed, well drained4 oz Philadelphia Neufchatel Cheese softened1/2 cup 100% grated parmesan cheese
Directions
Mix all ingredients ; cover. Refrigerate several hours or until chilled.
