Ingredients
-Green Peppers (bell peppers), 0.4 cup, chopped -Peppers, sweet, red, raw, sliced, .75 cup -Yellow Peppers (bell peppers), .5 pepper, large (3-3/4" long, 3" dia) -Onions, raw, .8 large -Garlic, 2 cloves -Celery, raw, 1 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) -Hot Chili Peppers, .5 pepper -Arrabbiata Sauce, 350 gram(s) -chopped tomatos, 400 gram(s) -Red Kidney Beans, Organic, Suma, 240 gram-Chili powder, 1 tsp -Pepper, red or cayenne, 1 tsp -Oregano, ground, 3 tsp -1 calorie olive oil spray, 20 serving
Directions
1. Chop and saute first 7 ingrediants in large pot in 20 sprays of 1 cal oil.
2. Add rest of ingrediants and simmer for 45mins to 1 hour.
