Red Ripe Tomatoes, 3 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Cucumber (with peel), .5 cucumber (8-1/4") Onions, raw, 2 tbsp choppedOlive Oil, 2 tbsp *Lemon Juice, 1 fl oz Basil, 4 leaves saltpepperoregano
Directions
Chop tomato and cucumber into cubes and toss with other ingredients. Chill and serve.
