Mango Chicken

Ingredients
4 chicken breasts (about 24 oz) in bite size pieces1/2 onion1/2 c mango chutney (1/2 jar of Patak's mango chutney)1 Tab sugar1 tsp curry1 tsp coriander1/4 tsp cinnamon1/8 tsp cayenne pepper1/2 tsp tumeric1/2 tsp kosher salt (or to taste--may not need w/ tomatoes)pinch cloves 1 can diced/chopped tomatoes w/ juice
Directions
Brown chicken breasts pieces and then add the rest..let simmer for a few minutes for chicken to absorb flavors.

Serve over rice...may need to adjust flavorings to suit you...
