Banana Fritters

Ingredients
Bananas - 2 cups mashed (about 3 med. bananas)Sugar - .5 cupsFlour - 2 cupsCanned milk - 1 cupVanilla - 1 tbspGround Cinnamon - 1 tspSalt - .5 tsp1 Large Egg
Directions
-Combine ingredients in a large bowl.
-Mix until well blended (there will be little lumps)
-Preheat oil in frying pan (medium-high heat)
-Using a medium pot spoon, pour batter into the frying pan by the spoonfuls
-Fry on both sides until golden brown
-To drain excess oil, place on a plate covered in paper towels after frying

Makes about 16 3-inch circular fritters.
