Ingredients
mccormick"s white chicken chili seasoning 'canned tomatoes (large can),three cans Bush great northern beans , one large onion,2-4 tsp minced garlic depending on your taste,2 chicken breasts skin removed. olive oil, dried cilantro
Directions
cook chicken breasts .onions and added garllic in large skillet on medium heat in olive oil for 3-5 min until chicken is no longer pink.. In large pot add beans ,tomatoes , cilantro, and seasoning mix . dice chicken and mix ingredients together . Bring to a boil : cover , reduce heat andsimmer for about 15 min. optional top with ff sour cream or shredded cheese.
