1 large egg1 slice lunch ham1 oz shredded cheddar cheese
Makes 1 omelet
Heat small frying pan on med-high
Spray with cooking spray
Crack 1 egg into frying pan
When it's almost cooked on one side, crack the yolk.
Flip egg and spread cheese evenly.
Add sliced ham.
When second side is cooked, flip back onto first side to heat the ham.
Once ham is heated, serve.
